SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
The following information pertains only to orders placed directly with The Rubber Depot, either online on this Web site or by calling 1-855-555-1555.
Standard Shipping (Continental USA & Canada)
Orders shipped by Ground will be shipped within 14 – 21 business days, subject to payment verification and product availability. Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Holidays. Orders to the United States may be subject to local government taxes and duties, as well as additional brokerage fees, and US customers shall be responsible for such additional expenses.
Freight Shipping
For large orders, shipping via freight allows us to package your entire order into one unit (wooden skid or palette) rather than shipping multiple loose packages, lowering the risk of damage or lost items during transit. Typical shipping times are comparable (or faster) to other means of shipping. Alaska and Hawaii customers: Please contact The Rubber Depot for Freight cost.
Damaged Shipments and Return Policy
Customers who receive damaged product must notify The Rubber Depot within 7 days of receipt. To report damage, call The Rubber Depot and have your order information ready. The Rubber Depot will then contact the carrier to initiate a damage claim. The carrier will return to the delivery location, inspect the damage, and return the order to us. Upon notification or delivery from the carrier, the replacement product will be reshipped, using the same service as originally shipped. If a customer cannot wait for the claims process, products may be re-purchased and shipped by the customer. No refund or exchanges are permitted. Orders will only be accepted returned due to damage from shipping. No other returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours from the payment being received. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all cancellations.
