Commercial Installations
While the Rubber Depot supplies only highest quality, professional-grade products, the do-it-yourself instructions provided on this site are intended for residential surfacing. Certain types of commercial installations, such as playgrounds and other high-traffic public areas, require a comprehensive knowledge of specific architectural issues, building codes and safety regulations. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Rubber Depot product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Rubber Depot reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Rubber Depot reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. However, as the actual colors you will see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the order, so be sure to read through the order details and check the product quantities and shipping instructions. Although inside deliveries and other special services can be arranged in advance for an additional charge, standard deliveries are normally made at curbside and you may need to assist in offloading the truck. Orders are typically shipped via full-size semi trucks on a standard sized wood skid (pallet). In the event that the delivery truck cannot get to your home, your order will be transferred to a smaller truck (additional charges may apply). If a smaller truck is not available, you will be asked to pick up the items at the trucking terminal.
Please note: Although The Rubber Depot takes care to package all products for shipping with protection in mind to prevent damages, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or shortages that occur once the product leaves our possession. At the time you receive your order, you must check for damages and/or missing items, and note that accordingly on the bill of lading. It’s a good idea to have a copy of your invoice with you, so you can verify you received all of the items ordered. If you do not check the materials yourself, please make certain that the person signing for them checks for damaged or missing items.
